> I have complaint about this business Canterbury compliance centre before as well, they are using off road public parking to use it as a yard for there unregistered cars, last time when Council contacted them about this the Owner of the place said its his staff that does it and will make sure it doesn't happen again, It is the owner who is the one doing it and very well knows about it. The car yard needs to understand they are using rate payers public place. Also any damage will be there liabil
