> Kia ora, The bins belong to 456 Colombo St and this is the third time this has happened. I have had to clean the area myself as it affects my business. The bins are being put out too early which attracts birds that tear the rubbish apart. They are also left out for a week after collection, making the mess worse. The area is now infested with flies and there is a strong smell. Please help resolve this issue. Thank you.
