# Wastewater/Stormwater, 297, Marine Drive, Charteris Bay, 8971, Canterbury

Charteris Bay, Christchurch · filed 15 August 2019 · report 786389

> Stormwater drainage pipe from council built Gabion wall after landslide on Marine Drive. Stormwater pipe just empties water onto path that we access our properties by. In turns into a creek during rain. It directs the stormwater directly down this path and through all the properties that have already had landslide damage due to poor council drainage up on the toad above. Surely this needs to be piped?! Even if a flexible pipe to follow path to the sea instead of flooding the path and properties.
