> The shrubbery on the islands all along the free left turns on Brougham St need to be replaced with something much lower, as I can't see the oncoming traffic to know when it is safe to turn on to Brougham St. The main culprit being the highlighted intersection but it applies to all of these free turns, you can't see the oncoming traffic. It needs to be turned to something like very low shrubs, ie mondo grass etc, or just grass.
