> I’m aware of the current road works underway along marine parade. So there are not currently very well marked alternative cycle routes. My 13yr son was returning home via thompson park and as he rode through the through way gate way hit a extremely low (20cm from ground) wire rope that is stretched accross the gateway with absolutely no extra visual marking on it. My son was launched head over heels and fractured his dominant wrist. Please improve this by at least attaching hazzard markers.
