> Water flowing onto footpath 214-216 Centaurus road boundary. problem for well over a year now. 4 metre long strip. natural flow rather than broken pipe? Has much slime etc on it as wet 100% of year. Is a slip hazard. People walk onto street to avoid and risk hit by frequent cyclists who come in close to footpath due to narrow roadway. Ices up in winter.
