> In the middle of the road outside 144 Sparks rd is a raised man hole. This had been a problem since the earthquake and we had hoped the numerous rd works outside our place would have fixed the problem. Our house shakes every time a large car or truck drives over it and cracks keep appearing in our house and it’s an awful reminder of the quakes . Please can this finally be fixed
