> This person consistintly parks on the grass berm. You have to so you get the required 3.5m of road clearince. Also on the corners there isn't the legal field of view by cars parking on the western side of the road. I have a stms level 2 qualification and I'm recommending you either do a speed drop to 30km with speed bumps or put yellow lines in otherwise there will be head on collisions. Also a letter drop explaining that your not allowed to park on the grass of over the footpath. Failure to adress this situation will result in me notifying media to get this sorted.
