> Hello, I would like to report illegal rubbish dumping on the berm/footpath on Greendale Avenue, Avonhead, Christchurch. Although happened days ago. A white rubbish bag was left on the grass verge near the footpath and it does not belong to our bin. Since we move here 7 months ago it happened multiple times either our compose bin will have full of old bread with still plastic wrap on it. Just don't knw what else we should do to catch it. Picture available Thank you.
