> This is the second time I've made this request. There is a cherry tree on the berm at the end of our driveway. the roots have pushed the gutter up that creates a barrier for rain water to the storm water drain. it also traps leaves in autumn which makes the flooding worse. this gutter and storm water drain also handles water from Bellingham place which doesn't have its own storm water drain. water run off is channelled to Inglewood place via a gutter in a connecting alleyway.
