> Unsafe Parking Second day of Polyfest and the footpath alongside the Armagh St carpark (Botanical Gardens) is again blocked by 18-20 cars parking on it. Not much fun (nor safe) walking on the access road with the number of cars looking to park here (and then leaving as there are no parks). Tried reporting to your call centre but gave up after just over 10 minutes waiting. Note issue of parking on footpath reported last night Ticket 1593847.
