> The grass berm area outside our all houses (the strip between the road and our property). Although this area belongs to the council, we have been regularly mowing and maintaining it ourselves. Considering that we already pay high council rates, we would like clarification on whether the council can assist with maintaining this berm area or advise on the correct responsibility for its upkeep.
