> Hello Please can a solution be found to make this footpath ‘safe’ again for the public. There is a major link from base of historic rock wall. A continual but gentle flow of water is coming out from it. It is a very slippery footpath on a hill and makes it unsafe to walk on, at this part. Voelas Road. Thank you for help with this.
