> every weekend, and during the week we have people parked over our driveway blocking our exit. please forward this to roading dept. we struggle with this issue and it has got worse. in emergency, being an elderly retired couple we could not exit it would be helpful to have white parking lines at this end of Head street. Scarborough park is extremely well used and parking has been an issue..it truly needs to be sorted for us, and our neighbors.
