> The storm water trench cut was done wrongly and one end is blocked by an excess drainage pipe. Grass has grown over the pipe and the trench and water floods my 2 neigbours' driveways up the road. Also, the trench is so narrow that leaves and rubbish clogg up and increases the flood waters. This trench was never planned nor cut properly.
