> I noticed that the Toilet at Donnell sports park is marked Out of Order. I know that the park is not in the CCC list of "bookable" parks but we have permission to use it for our annual midwives picnic this Sunday 22nd March. we have held picnics there the last 4 year. We will have lots of children coming so the fact that the nearest Toilet is marked as New Brighton Mall is a serious problem. Could you let me know when it will be fixed or if it is possible to have a portaloo there for Sunday?
