> Rubbish collection truck has left the empty bins blocking the entry to this lane, the residents had put the bins either side of the lane correctly and rubbish collectors have just dumped them across the lane. I left this lane in my vehicle at approx 9.30sm with no issue. Upon return at 11.20am I had to park on the street, move all the bins to the gain entry. Not OK!! The photo was wide angle unfortunately, the gap left was definitely not large enough for a vehicle to pass by.
