> this tree needs removing and replacing with a low bush as currently vision of vehicles heading south on Te Kereme is obscured for pedestrians crossing the road from the reserve to Te Aika St. either remove the tree and replace with an appropriate low bush... or trim the heck out of the tree and keep on top of maintaining it please
