> The drain along the uphill side of road is blocked and forces water under the road. The culvert under road regularly overflows as it can’t handle the water and has recently led to flooding through the residence at 277. The drain along the uphill side of the road needs to be cleared so that water can drain down the side of road to the river instead of being forced through the culvert and flooding the house at 277 and scouring the side of road. Urgent.
