> This foot path has been resealed in the past couple of weeks and has already failed. In this case it is a water pipe that has likely caused the failure. I also pointed out this potential issue prior to the path being sealed. With a number of sections of footpath on this street (and on Makawe-Roa St) having been repaired multiple times due to tree root damage can it please also be investigated in replacing these trees with a more appropriate variety of tree.
