> please can the council notify the landlord of 18 wyon street christchurch that their tree is impeding the pavement and walkway as we have alot of mums and prams that walk down here to go to school and preschool and we have to come out onto the road to move past this tree as there also is a lamppost is makes it impossible to fit a pram and double pram down here causing us to move onto the road and this road people go fast it can be dangerous for us mums and dads and kids on scooters
