> Red Bin has not been collected, bin was put out at 6am this morning. As I’ve reached back home at 10am I’ve noticed somebody has obviously added some of their rubbish to our bin therefore it hasn’t closed the lid properly and I think it wasn’t collected for that reason. No note or any tags were left though. We tried to minimise this from happening by putting it out in the morning but unfortunately still happens. Green bin was emptied but not the red. I have left the bin on the road
