> Hi, i’d like to report someone illegally dumping their rubbish in my red bin between last night 8pm and this morning, 8am. I don’t wanna be told the recycling they’ve put in their black bag belongs in the yellow bin because it’s not mine. I’d appreciate some reminders in the neighbourhood that dumping in your neighbours’ bin isn’t allowed unless you’ve asked permission. I always allow my closest neighbour to use my bins when they need to and i have space in mine so can’t say i don’t help out
