> I reported an issue in 2023, the council found the problem but were unable to resolve due to it being a ‘private lane’. As most if the properties around me are holiday homes I wrote letters to the owners explaining that the drain was found to be blocked by council and asked if they could organise to get it fixed as it was causing flooding. Unfortunately I don’t know if the issue has been fixed as am still getting water in my garage when it rains heavily- what can I do as winter is coming again?
