> fire hydtant in road on Allen St outside entrance to Southbase Construction is leaking and has been for the last few weeks. its slowly getting progressively worse with water trickling out of it the more vehicles drive over it. if not fixed this could lead to a big water spout when the pipe or valve finally breaks and lets the full force of the water out
