> hurley st has badly neglected street amenities. can council add mulch underneath trees until they replant beds. the side of street is overgrown with weeds. can this be tidied up. since the earthquakes our street has been totally neglected . cars are now often parking on bed which is damaging tree roots and compacting soil. bark mulch will prevent this because it will look like a cared for garden
