Christchurch Central City, Christchurch · filed 27 March 2026 · report 7982374

> The building wrap has torn due to the wind and is flapping. there a big pieces of plastic breaking off and coming down towards the road. I'm concerned that someone is going to get injured, or a car accident is going to be caused. It is also quite loud so I'm concerned about people working there getting hearing damage.
