> these steel thick plates have been sitting out side number 84 Rahera st since Friday 27th March. No cones , no fences but there are cones and fence only 5 meters away. so a car has puncture a tyre and 2 small kids have fullen of there bikes. this is a safety hazard. Maybe CTOC should look at their work safe environment.
