> gutters blocked due to leaves and road shingle. road surface is defective and shingle stones coming lose after 2.5 years since laying . street is in flood zone. winter wet weather is approaching. fast. our street seems to always be neglected in last few years. please clear gutters regularly and please fix faulty street road seal .
