> 1) This overgrown bush in the footpath was cut down last month but this will grow out again...can the council remove the stumb and roots or poison it? 2) all the cut branches left on the ground it looks very untidy ... tennants from Wigram lodge us this footpath daily and this corner is very overgrown and untidy ....please CCC WE NEED A MEGA CLEAN UP 3) footpath still overgrown ....can this be trimmed back or compliance done please for rental owner that simpy do not care?
