> The steep entrance to our shared drive is council owned land (previously a paper road). we (the neighbours) have cared for it for many years, but the rains etc have left it in a really poor and potentially dangerous state. it would appear that it needs more than compacting and gritting. The courrier no longer feels safe using the driveway and I have concerns that emergency services may be the same.
