> I am noticing vehicles parking over yellow lines and on the footpath on. Clifton Terrace. Parts of this road a very narrow, with some cars already parking in places that make it very difficult for larger vehicles to get past. A level of enforcement is required on this road, in order to ensure compliance with parking restrictions.
