> We have flooding in Olds Place from the Woolston FENZ Training centre. Water from their pumps cannot reach the drains at the western entrance to Olds Place due to broken gutters. The gutters are also clogged with tree debris and lawn berm cuttings which are left behind by the FENZ lawn contractor who is negligently not collecting his lawnmower cuttings, just leaving it spilling into the gutter. There is broken kerbing recently caused by a tracked excavator working from the training centre as
