> Water has seeped out of the join in the seal outside our place since footpath was dig up to install fibre. Met someone sent by CCC a few months back who was sent to investigate a water leak here but he couldn’t find any leaks & said it was ground water that he was going to report back. (I don’t know who reported the leak at that time). My concern is that this water is now breaking up the asphalt & we are going to have a pothole form any time now, as this is right in front of our driveway.
