> Concrete blocks lying in the grass on the right side of the Summit Road. It is 1.64 km from Evans Pass on the way to Godley Head. I already reported the issue in October 2025 and got a call from the Christchurch City Council. The man said he had been on Godley Head Road (Summit Road) but didn’t see any concrete blocks. However, every time since then I have seen them when cycling past. Took this photo yesterday, 02 April 2026. Looked up the distance from Evans Pass on my fitness watch.
