> Cars parked in a no parking zone outside Cotswold school during school drop off time (photo was taken around 8.55am, parking is restricted until 9.15am). I had to put my pram and 3 year old on her bike in the middle of the road to see around the white van with tinted windows, in the middle of a busy school drop off period. This happens every day; parents treat it like a drop off zone, and it is incredibly unsafe trying to cross the road.
