> Whole 240L green bin lid got ripped of by truck this morning. There was no previous damage or cracks on it. Tried to report through CCC website but it says that section of website is down for maintenance. Need it replaced asap before the rain please. Bin number 0650784. 22 Gosset st, St Albans
