> This rubbish bag was put out for collection on WEDNESDAY! So it was not picked up on Wednesday, or Thursday, or Friday (OK that was a public holiday) or Saturday!!! I have requested this previously without success, but I would like to speak to somebody about the Central City refuse collection system. Preferably someone with the same Christchurch City Pride that I have please.
