There are a number of houses on Ruahine Drive which boarder the edge of the forest that seem to be adding construction in what I thought was council land. Is the council consenting to such structures as they are encroaching into the forest and are also rather inconsistent and ugly? Futher, isn’t there was an easement in favour of Orion that runs along the property boundaries which presumably includes a clause preventing placing structures over the easement area?
