> This is the second attempt (first one in January) the Berm & plantings near the river on Waimokihi place has not been tended to for months. It is extremely overgrown with weeds on both sides of the bridge including old man’s beard. Please can this be rectified asap and also maintained on schedule like all of the other public land in CHCH? Thank you
