> Home owner will not touch garden or grass berm as they belong to the council. I have mowed his front berm for the last eight years. Now he lives in this house along with his children, he could mow it. There are two new townhouses that they both own. Could a CCC person talk to him please it write him a letter. The second photo is of the rest of the street. We all are good neighbours and take of our CCC grass berms. Thank you
