> Man using his leaf vaccum for 30+ mins every day. No issue with clearing your leaves but it is extremely noisy. He needs to wear ear muffs while doing it. His driveway backs on to a number of properties and everyone is getting frustrated with the disruption to the peace. It gives you a headache is you are sitting outside in your yard.
