> Uneven and damaged areas on sidewalk along whole frontage, including large dipped area on vehicle entrance where rain puddles to over shoe height when exiting vehicle. Secondary issue is metal covers which are very noisy especially through night when people walk, run, bike and scooter over them. Can these be asphalt over like the ones on the road?
