> The Property Boss manage 3 boarding houses on the corner of Bealey Ave and Fitzgerald Ave(336 and 338 Bealey and 285 Fitzgerald Ave. About one month ago notes were left in the letterboxes if these 3 properties advising drain works were going to happen. The owners did not receive notification of this work. We found out once the work had begun. The photos are of how the council workers left the verge around these properties. The owner is not happy with how they have the verge after the repairs and digging up the verge right round the properties.
