> Good morning we have had what looks like some sort of oil spill on our street and then some sand to soak it up. This is the second time this has happened. The first time was a couple of months ago. It only seems to happen in our street. It appears as if the truck is turning. I have not been home when it happens. Can you advise if this is a council vehicle or advise what can do to get this cleaned up. I am concerned about this washing into the drains. Thanks so much
