> Saturday 4th and 6th April woke up to rub?ish all over our garden. Friday 10th April around 1745 I saw a purple rubbish bag being thrown over, I ran outside but they were gone so fast probably hiding so didnt see anyone. My neighbor also came out as heard the noise. The rubbish is always the same so looks like same person. Yesterday was nappies aswell as other rubbish which is so unhygienic. Our bins are now full of all their rubbish so we have nowhere to put ours.
