> we have a storm water drain in Oldham Crescent that has been full of water and not draining at all for months now. The water is backed up in the gutters for almost the entire length of the street. I have raised a snap, shed, solve before about the full gutters. I thought the issue was a leak, but now I think it's this drain. I also called the council about the drain directly. Nothing has been done and now a cyclone is approaching.
