> Hi There are a number of people camping on Council land in Linwood by the Avon river next to the Church. This has been ongoing for a long time and is getting worse. More and more people are starting to camp here. Usually I’d turn a blind eye to this however I just witnessed someone taking a dump in the bush which is not acceptable. They also leave rubbish. This is a breach of the Freedom Camping Bylaw 2021. Please enforce this and remove all of those people camping in this area. Thanks
