> Every morning between 5am and 6.20am I attend City Fitness. You have to access the gym from the corner of Golflinks Road and Shirley Road. Every morning there are multiple cars parked on broken yellow lines even when there are parks available further up the street. Your parking warden hours don't start until 7am so does that mean parking on these broken yellow lines is okay?
