> Broken water toby lid at 223 Centaurus Road. As you can see, the toby is situated where cars can drive over it. This is the second time in recent years I have reported this same toby lid. If the box cannot be re-aligned to a more practical area, may I suggest a metal box and lid may solve the problem.
